When the game launches i plan to migrate to it and reinvest more time into playing mmos. I'm not guaranteeing i'll ever be as hardcore as i was during wow (but who knows), but i do want to get back into doing large group content.
A friend of mine, Vince, who some of you know from one or two parties where he showed up, played ffxi for 5 or 6 years. He lead his linkshell and was one of the top groups on his server for a long time. He has a following that is waiting for direction from him no where to go for ffxiv. I plan to merge with him and bring along whoever is interested. With his half of players we should guarantee a large enough group to level and start end game content pretty easily.
Just throwing this up here for whoever is interseted in trying out ffxiv. I'll be posting server info once i find out more about the games structure and, obviously, a listing of servers.
